Meat Grinder - (Rubberhead)  - Salmon Arm East Location - Salmon Arm - Leaving Salmon Arm head East on Hwy 1, roughly 4km past the Co-Op mill. There will be a FSR road to your right (#110). Follow this road up to around 3km, where there is a narrow road that goes up to the left. Park here. Trailhead - Follow the FSR road up past 8km to the 7th switchback. There is a small road that goes up to the right. Follow this up about 150m and look to the right for the trailhead. Rating - Type - Single-track Length - 1km Description - The Meat Grinder is primarliy a stunt trail. It features many ladders, A-frames, log-rides, and the ever popular "slot-machine".
