Trail Description:

Newly Upgraded! This regional gem is now easier to walk, especially for families with strollers and assisted wheel chair exploration. A lovely forest nature trail with interpretive signs, ravine, creek, small bridges, wildflowers, picnic tables, museum, and heritage village. PLEASE NOTE: there is an admission fee to enter the park.

$9 - Seniors, $7 - Students (6-17 yrs of age), $Free - Children (0-5 yrs of age). As well, $5 group rates if called ahead.

Access:

East of Salmon Arm on Hwy 1, turn south at the Highway 97B junction drive 0.8 km to RJ Haney Heritage Village (watch for the entrance on your right.) The 2 km nature trail begins at the historic Mount Ida Church. www.SalmonArmMuseum.org
